Our refund policy is definite.  Unfortunately we will not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our digital (vendor lists, e-books, and courses) or physical products (merch and collection items) at this time.

Orders are sent instantly via email after purchase. Please be sure to check your spam folder for a link to your order. Once you click the link, you will be brought to a page on our website with the name of the list you purchased. Click the name of the list you purchased so you can download it.

We pride ourselves in providing quality e-books for our customers. Please read the product description carefully before you purchase. 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, a store credit (gift card) will be offered. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. 

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at info@thegrindbible.com with the subject line: OrderNumber: # within 7 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings and wig hats cannot be returned.
